Cannabis Chicken & Rice

In this episode of CannaCook Tv, watch Chelsie and Chris make Cannabis Infused Chicken with Rice!

What you will need:
4-6 tablespoons Cannabutter
2 cups brown rice
8 cups chicken stock
1 cup carrots
3-4 small boneless chicken breast
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Pinch of cumin

Directions:
Season raw chicken with salt and pepper boil for 30 to 35 minutes or until completely cooked.
After chicken has cooked, and in a separate pan melt 1-2 tablespoon cannabutter. Add carrots and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add 2 cups rice and another tablespoon canna butter mix well and cook for one minute.
Add the chicken stock along with chicken bouillon cubes and a pinch of cumin.
Cook covered for 10 to 12 minutes. Add your seasoned chicken to the rice and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the rice is cooked and the chicken stock has mostly been absorbed, remove from heat add 1-2 tablespoons cannabutter and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes it is ready to serve!
